A pistachio cardamom sponge soaked in a spiced milk then topped with a layer of strawberry mousse and lemon cremeux.  This is then enrobed in a layer of matcha mousse before being coated in a white chocolate glaze and decorated with pistachios, strawberry gel, and a pistachio Cara Dolce ganache.
