Spanish-style salami seasoned with paprika giving a smoky and spicy touch.  A great snack and a must on your charcuterie board!

Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar, paprika, white wine, spices, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture in beef casing.

Size: about 7 oz

Aged: about 4 weeks

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Peel casing before eating and refrigerate after opening.
