Linen bags were traditionally used for bread storage before the invention of plastic. The natural moisture retention properties of 100% linen keep your bread fresh as you work through the loaf. Ours is made from Belgian linen by the artisans at Fernhill Studio in Portland, Oregon.

Fits any of our rustic sourdough loaves, but incompatible with baguettes and pullman-style bread.
