Our signature flaky pie crust and pumpkin pie filling with notes of maple and vincotto. Vincotto, which translates to cooked wine, is grape must (grape juice with the skins and seeds left intact) that is reduced down by cooking out much of the water content to leave a sweet, rich syrup.
