HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Choose from our curated collection of Bulk Gift Bundles.
• Collect a list of at least 10 recipients and their addresses of whom you would like to receive your gift.
• Send us an email to customerservice@biencuit.com with the above information and our team will get back to you within 48 hours during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00 pm).

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

• When you order a minimum of 10 gifts, you will receive a Bulk Bundle Discount of 5% off your bundle order.
• When you order 20 or more gifts, you will receive a Bulk Bundle Discount of 10% off your bundle order.
• Discounts will automatically apply to your cart if the above conditions are met and you wish to check out through our website to ship to one address or pickup in stores.

CAN I SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

• Absolutely!  Create a list of all the addresses you would like to ship to and send it to us for our team to review.
• If you are shipping to one address or want to pickup in stores, you can checkout as normal through our website and the Bulk Bundle Discounts will automatically apply based on the volume purchased.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

• Shipping is not included with the price of the bundles.
• Once our team has reviewed your desired shipping addresses, you will be sent a custom quote for your order.
• Please note, as we ship perishable goods there will be an increased cost for expedited shipping to ensure all gifts arrive fresh and delicious.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST I PLACE MY ORDER? CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?

• Depending on the size of your order we require 1-2 weeks notice for all bulk orders.  
• Currently we provide shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• If you have a specific arrival date in mind, we will work with you to ensure your gifts arrive by that day.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND FEWER THAN 10 GIFTS?

• If you would like to place an order for fewer than 10 gifts, you can do so by placing the orders individually, as normal, through our website.  

HOW DO I PAY?

• Once everything is settled you will be sent an invoice for your order.  The invoice will contain a secure link for you to submit payment online. 
• Full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase.  Gifts will not be sent out until full payment is received.

CAN I CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE GIFT BUNDLE?

• In order to be eligible for the Bulk Bundle Discount, all bundles must be the same and cannot be a combination of multiple bundles.

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM BUNDLE?

• Custom gift bundles are available upon request but will not be eligible for our Bulk Bundle Discount.  Reach out to us at customerservice@biencuit.com if you have something specific in mind for your bulk order.
