New: Wild Cacao from Brazil
After years of hunting for ingredients, it’s rare for us taste a completely new flavor. But, Luisa Abram has blown our mind with a chocolate bar. Based in São Paulo, she handcrafts chocolate using wild-grown cacao from the Amazon. By developing relationships with indigenous farmers and paying them a fair price, she supports traditional cacao production in Brazil.She also gains access to heirloom cacao that's rarely tasted by anyone outside the communities that grow them.
