These are the ultimate anchovies. Hand-packed in Spanish olive oil according to traditional methods. Carefully selected fish from the Cantabrian Coast in the north of Spain. Don’t make Puttanesca, Caesar salad, or banga cauda without them. Also delicious on Bien Cuit’s campagne toast with cold, unsalted butter.
