From Gemma Salumi: Nostrano (trans. “homegrown”) is our sweet uncured salame that is made only with the finest and most simple ingredients. Rich in flavor and texture but simple in nature, our Nostrano uncured salame is made with sea salt, black pepper, and time. Slice a piece off to your preferred thickness and pair it with a sharp provolone and a full body merlot.

Ingredients: pork, sea salt, dextrose, spices (black pepper), cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt), lactic acid starter culture.
