A special creation, and our ode to Pane Nero (Sicilian black bread), this loaf is made with Castelvetrano flour, an exceptional heirloom whole-grain wheat stone-milled in Sicily and only recently available in the States.

For our loaf, we have added flavors traditional to the region and incorporated preserved lemon, Calabrian chiles, and golden raisins.
