Our laminated pastry dough filled togarishi pastry cream and topped a mixture of sweet potato and confit onion. Togarishi, a common spice mixture in Japan, typically includes yuzu, ginger, red chilli powder, seaweed, black and white sesame, as well as the perfumey Japanese cardamom called sansho.
